Set up your store.

Tell us about your Shopify store and we will connect it to our production system. Once it is connected you can sign in here and watch your orders being made.

Your Shopify store address *Find it in Shopify under Settings → Domains. It should end with myshopify.comThe Google address you will sign in with *This becomes your login. It has to be an address that already works with Google — a Gmail account, or a work address on Google Workspace.Brand or company name

Mark the products we make

Your store may sell products made by several print providers. We only produce the ones you mark with us as the vendor, so nothing else in your catalogue is ever touched.

Do this in Shopify first

1.Go to Products and open a product we produce.
2.Scroll to Product organization → Vendor.
3.Type POD — that is us. Use the same value on every product we make for you.
4.Click Save.
5.Repeat for every product we produce.

The vendor value you usedType POD for your answer, unless you specifically want to use a different Vendor name to represent us. Type it exactly as it appears in Shopify, capitals included.

Add the webhook

This is what tells us an order has come in. It takes about three minutes and it is the only setting we need you to change.

Do this in Shopify first

1.In Shopify, go to Settings → Notifications.
2.Scroll to the bottom and click Webhooks → Create webhook.
3.Event: Order creation
4.Format: JSON
5.URL: the address below
6.Webhook API version: Latest version
7.Click Save.
8.Shopify then shows a signing secret on that page. Copy it — it goes in the box below.

Sending this does not create an account or give you access to anything. Somebody at POD reads it and still needs to set your store up.
